2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section(s) 420, 204 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of not submitting folder pertaining to appointment of panchayat teacher for the period of 2003 to 2014.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2025. He further submits that the petitioner has retired and is a senior citizen.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Biraul, Darbhanga/concerned Court below in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016.
