The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sirdalla P. S. Case No. 25 of 2019 for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

From perusal of the prosecution case,it appears that recovery was made not from the conscious possession or from the house of the petitioners but from a distant place. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla P. S. Case No. 25 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
