JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 18.08.2025, passed by the District Education Officer, Begusarai, which has been passed in compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.04.2019, passed in CWJC No.9996 of 2018, by taking recourse to the due process of law.
