The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.62 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 385, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(B) and 66(C) of the I.T. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have intoxicated the informant and taken photographs of the while she was unconscious and the photographs were also misused by this petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been

It is submitted that it appears from perusal of case diary that investigation of this case has been completed, where, charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 420, 385, 506/34 of the IPC and Sections 67 and 67(A) of the I.T. Act. It is submitted that the matter has been settled through a compromise petition, which was filed before learned Court of S.D.J.M., Gaya. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 17.08.2023. 5.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and as it appears from impugned order that the matter has been settled through compromise petition, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No.62 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Gaya.
