By order dated 14.12.2018, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court. Due to inadvertence, in the order dated 14.12.2018 in paragraph-4, instead of the date of superannuation of the petitioner as 31.05.2013 it was wrongly typed as 31.05.2015 and, instead of five years, three years had been wrongly typed.

Paragraph-4 of the aforesaid order dated 14.12.2018 be read as under:- "Learned counsel representing the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has superannuated on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62847 of 2018(3) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 31.05.2013 and after five years of his superannuation the present FIR has been lodged in which the petitioner has been roped."

The order dated 14.12.2018 is modified to the above extent.
