JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Goreakothi P. S. Case No. 221 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of IPC. As per F.I.R. petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. It further appears that in her statement u/s 164 Cr.P.C. she has named this petitioner and has stated that petitioner and others have taken her and committed rape upon her.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact, there was love affair between them. The girl is major, but on the pressure of her family members, she has falsely implicated the petitioner in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84279 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
