Petitioners, apprehends their arrest registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 47, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioners is that they produced a surrender slip bearing illegible stamp/seal of the concerned court raising suspicion in the mind of informant and when he inquired into the matter found the surrender slip forged and fabricated.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are innocent and have committed no offence. They

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of pre-arrest bail to them and accordingly their such prayer stands rejected.

However, if petitioners surrender and seek regular bail then their prayer for regular bail shall be considered preferably on the same day on its own merits without being prejudiced by this order.
