2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 8/15C/18/25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 500 kilograms doda was recovered from the truck of which petitioner is driver as well as owner. Petitioner is in custody since 10.9.2023.

4. Considering the quantity of recovered contraband substance from the truck of which petitioner is driver as well as owner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shashi U T
