ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 04-10-2024 The present writ petition is filed for challenging the issuance of the notice dated 05.10.2023 by the respondent No. 5 Certificate Officer i.e., the respondent No. 5.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he has not filed the objections under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914.

3. Having regard to the above, the present writ petition is disposed of granting time of four weeks to the petitioner to submit his written objections under Section 9 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.589 of 2024(7) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 before the respondent No. 5, the respondent No. 5 shall pass necessary final orders duly taking into consideration the objections filed by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks thereof. In case the petitioner has any other grievance, he is free to seek the remedy as available under the law.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
