JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is typing error in the petition that petitioners are Assistant teachers. Typing error is innocent one and the same is ignored.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are Headmasters and they are entitled to similar treatment like the petitioners in C.W.J.C. No. 17679 of 2017. Without going to the merit of the claim of the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to represent the authority who shall examine the claim of the petitioners in the light of Annexure-9 and if the case of the petitioners is covered by Annexure-9, the benefit should be extended to the petitioners within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
