Mr. Ahmad Ali ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Patori P.S.Case No. 121 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that some miscreants intercepted the informant along with one Avinash Jha and snatched his belongings and key of motorcycle and when informant reached there, cash of Rs.37000/- and motorcycle were snatched away and on hearing of sound of firing villagers assembled and on chase petitioner was arrested. It further appears that petitioner is accused in eight other cases. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession and there is seven days delay in sending the FIR to the court and he is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65353 of 2018(3) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 custody since 10.5.2018.

Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
