Counsel for the petitioners has limited their prayer to grant of liberty to them to approach the State Authorities for grant of appropriate certificate as also grant of the privileges which they deserve according to

Patna High Court CWJC No.1207 of 2020(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 the Government notification dated 30th July, 2009. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned respondents for the aforesaid relief.
