2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/direction (s) for commanding the respondents to make an impartial inquiry by an independent agency with regard to the representation filed by the petitioner before the respondent n o. 2, 5 and 7 with regard to the misbehave done by the Excise personnel with this petitioner in the name of search and also looted away cash of Rs. One lakh from the house of the peittioner

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.152 of 2024(2) dt.07-05-2024 2/2 and abused her."

3. The petitioner is the wife of an illicit liquor trader. The police and excise officials raided the house of the petitioner. Now the petitioner wants an enquiry against the officers. 4.The wife of a liquor trader cannot seek any investigation in such type of case.
