Mr. Tapeshwar Sharma ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.03 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. the motorcycle of the informant was looted away by some unknown miscreants. It further appears from the impugned order that petitioner was seen at the place of occurrence and there is confessional statement of the coaccused, which shows the involvement of the petitioner. Apart from that he is accused in six other cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement, there is nothing against him. He is in custody since 09.08.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80794 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 for bail.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

With the above observations, this application is dismissed.
