JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Belaganj P. S. Case No. 160 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 498A, 494/34 of IPC. Petitioner happens to be the second wife of the coaccused Ranjeet Kumar Yadav, who happens to be the husband of the informant with allegation of cruelty and married with another lady.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the husband Ranjeet Kumar Yadav has already been in enlarged on anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 30.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 54498 of 2019. Further submission is that as per F.I.R. petitioner is second wife and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Gaya, in connection with Belaganj P. S. Case No. 160 of 2019.
