2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365, 364A, 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased is alleged to have been kidnapped and killed by the accused persons including the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 04.08.2023.

4. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner even though some co-accused persons have been granted bail.
