2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanhauli P.S.Case No. 139 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. One loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2023, having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3290 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Sitamarhi in Kanhauli P.S.Case No. 139 of 2023.

6. This is also subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in Kanhauli Police Station on first Sunday of every month and co-operate in the trial. If he fails to do so, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be cancelled. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
