2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 154 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 140(3), 96 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other criminals had forcibly taken away the victim. The victim is still traceless.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2025 and has clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after the recovery of the victim girl.
