JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-03-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 26.09.2019 and is a person of clean antecedents, seeks bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 394 of 2019 dated 25.09.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 384 litres of liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he is not the exclusive owner of the house and has wrongly been framed in this case.

Regard being had to the clean antecedents of the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties
