1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in Complaint Case No.720 of 2006 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner for the reason that the case is of the Year 2006, already process under Sections 8283 Cr.P.C. has been issued.

4. The prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail
