Case No. 108 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR and there is allegation of snatching of mobile phone and cash from the informant by some unknown miscreants and it appears that name of petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused during investigation.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement there is nothing against him, there is no recovery from his possession and he is in custody since 16.7.2019 and charge sheet has been submitted but in spite of that he has not been put on T.I. parade.

Case No. 108 of 2019.
