2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"the prayer of the petitioner is that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents particularly the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna to give rest 20 percent

Patna High Court CWJC No.22452 of 2018(3) dt.02-12-2025 2/3 amount of compensation amounting to Rupees Thirteen Thousands and Eight Hundred Sixty (Rs. 13,860/-) and to direct the Respondents to enhance the rate of compensation as per the new rate as amendment made in the provisions."

Mr. Manoj Kumar Ambastha, SC-26 has provided a copy of the order dated 25.04.2023 passed by the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority in Case No. 815/16 (P) relating to Land Acquisition Case No. 03 of 12-13, according to which, since the other parties objected to the grant of compensation to the petitioner, the matter relates to title cannot be adjudicated by the authority.

4. This order was forwarded by the learned District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna vide letter no. 2642 dated 17.10.2023 to the competent Civil Court, Patna.

5. Let the photo copy order be kept on record.

6. A dispute has arisen, objection has been made, the petitioner is well advised to contest the matter before the competent Civil Court pursuant to the development as recorded above.

7. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
