This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No.726 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that two country made pistols and four live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2023.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1942 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 726 of 2023. 7.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Khagaria (Muffasil) Police Station, District- Khagaria on first and third Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
