2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 117(2), 109, 76 and 326(G) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no.1 assaulted informant's mother with iron rod, whereas petitioner no.2 assaulted informant's bhagina with iron rod causing injuries on the right hand and her head.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that allegation of assault is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. Scuffle took place between the parties over a trivial issue and there was no pre-meditation of mind. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State as well as the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.627 of 2025(2) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 informant oppose the prayer for bail. They submit that the injuries caused to the victims have been found to be grievous in nature.

6. Considering the nature of injuries allegedly caused by these petitioners, prayer for bail of these petitioners is rejected.
