The contempt petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 09.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 17540 of 2016.

Patna High Court MJC No.4029 of 2018(5) dt.04-07-2023 2/2 Md. Nadim Seraz, learned Counsel for the University took this Court to the last supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 3 and 4 with specific reference to Annexure 9.

A perusal of the same shows a reasoned order of the Registrar, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga by which the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

As a reasoned order has been passed, no case of contempt is made out.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has liberty to challenge the same, if he so wants.
