2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80, 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that, the daughter of the informant, namely, Kajal Kumari (deceased) was married to one Vikash Chaudhary. It is further alleged that she was subjected to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand of Rs. 5,00,000/-. It is further alleged that she was killed by her in-laws.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It

No.83005 of 2025(2) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 is further submitted that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of deceased and from perusal of the FIR, it is evident that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus and the main thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased. The petitioner has clean criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is an old lay and is languishing in judicial custody since 25.06.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP appearing for the State have vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 274 of 2025 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M,-1st, Nawada/concerned trial Court.
