JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 113 of 2017 dated 10.06.2017 which was initially instituted for the offences under Sections 498(A), 323, 341 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code but later with the death of the deceased Section 302 has been added.

After some arguments, Mr. Amar Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail.

In case such an application is filed, the court below
