2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 275 and 276 of the IPC and 21 (C) of the NDPS Act and 27 (I) (ii) / 27 (c) of Drugs and Cosmetic Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , 112.900 litres of Codeine syrup was recovered from the rented house of the coaccused Ranjit Kumar Sah .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only because he happens to be the owner of the

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge NDPS Act Purnea in connection with Special Case No. 122 / 2024 / CIS No. 122 of 2024 arising out of Damdaha PS Case No. 71 of 2024 .
