The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Prohibition) Amendment Act, 2016. From the house of the petitioner 15 liters of country made liquor was recovered.

Submission is that petitioner was not present at the time of recovery. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Let the petitioner above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
