2. The petitioner has approached this Court for the following reliefs:- (i) For directing the respondent authorities particularly, respondent no.7, to conclude the investigation as early as possible after completion of the investigation submit charge sheet/final form against remaining two FIR named and non-FIR named accused in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.78 of 2025(2) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 Case No.968 of 2022 dated 03.12.2022 registered under Sections 379, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and arrest the accused persons who are moving freely and giving threat for dire consequences.

(ii) For any other relief(s) for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that FIR is of the year 2022, and the investigation is still continuing.

4. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi, to ensure that the investigation of Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.968 of 2022 be completed within three months from today.
