2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"A. A Mandamus Commanding the respondent's authorities particularly Additional Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah (Respondent No. 5) who is bound to do, to disposed the Jamabandi Correction case ( जमाबनदीसुधारवाद

Patna High Court CWJC No.21666 of 2018(2) dt.06-01-2026 2/2 संखया) 146/17-18 pending before him, as early as posible as the section 9 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, Rule 13(5) of Bihar Land Mutation Rule 2012 contemplates that the period of the notice shall be of 14 days from registration of aforesaid Jambandi correction case, which has already lapsed.

B. Any other writ/writs for granting any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the passage of time, the grievance has been redressed, as such, the writ petition has become infructuous and he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
