JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with RC Case No. 04(A) of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477A of IPC and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act.

As per F.I.R. there is allegation of obtaining the job in Gramin Dak Sewak (GDS) on the basis of forged certificate. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for 03 months. Charge sheet has already been submitted. He is ready to co-operate in disposal of the trial and several other accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, which will appear from Annexure-5 series. Heard learned Standing counsel for the C.B.I., who has opposed the prayer for bail.

No.76674 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with RC Case No. 04(A) of 2013, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial and appear as and when required, otherwise, the prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
