2. The present modification application is filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 02.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18532 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the address column of the petitioner it was mentioned that the Police Station of the petitioner is Kalayanpur but in fact he has stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that the correct Police Station is Karpoorigram.

4. In the interest of justice, the order dated 02.04.2025 is modified and the Police Station be read as P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85043 of 2025(2) dt.22-12-2025 2/2 Karpoorigram.

5. In this view of the matter, the time for surrender of petitioner and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 02.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18532 of 2025 is extended by four weeks from today.

6. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
