JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Modification application has been filed to modify order dated 17.7.2019, passed by this Court in Cr.Mis.No. 26865/2019 by which the petitioner has been granted pre-arrest bail in PS. Case No.-462 Year-2018 Thana- GRIYAK DistrictNalanda. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner, on account of staying in Gujrat for earning livelihood as well as due to delayed communication of the order, could not be able to file the bail bonds in the time stipulated in the said order.

In view of the above, the period of surrender and to file the bail bonds is extended by further six weeks from today. Order dated 17.7.2019 is modified to that extent only. Modification application stands disposed of.
