ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2019 in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.202 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., but subsequently in the confessional statement made before the police by a coaccused, the name of petitioner surfaced and he is languishing in jail. It is further submitted that till date, neither the petitioner has been placed on T.I. Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Learned counsel for the

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.202 of 2019.
