JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 82 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation as per F.I.R. is of causing death of father of the informant and informant suspects the hand of petitioner and others in the murder of his father..
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been roped in this case only on the basis of suspicion and except that there is nothing against the petitioner and now chargesheet has also been submitted and petitioner has been in judicial custody since 30.08.2018.. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 82 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
