The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.639 of 2019/G.R. No.2592 of 2019 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of the fardbeyan of the informant, the present case was lodged against three unknown. In course of investigation, one Mahesh Yadav was apprehended by the police, who confessed his guilt, disclosing the name of the petitioner as his associate. The petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2019 but he has not been put on T.I. Parade till today, while the informant has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77371 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 claimed to identify the culprits. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.639 of 2019/G.R. No.2592 of 2019.
