2. The petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2019 in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 211 of 2019 for the offences alleged under Sections 489, 489A, 489B, 489C of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 110 counterfeit notes of Rs. 100 denomination, 7 ATM cards etc. It is submitted that the counterfeit notes came to light when the petitioner went to the bank to deposit the sale proceeds from his khaini shop and as such the allegation against the petitioner is improbable. The petitioner is accused in one prior case.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and
