1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 18 and 20 of the UAPA Act.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail of the petitioners as it has been alleged that petitioner is a member of dreaded Maobadi organization and from his house cartridge was recovered, further Arvind Bhuyian, Alok Yadav and 8-10 unknown persons had called the husband of the informant and
