2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19481 of 2024(2) dt.07-01-2025 3/3 petitioners have filed a representation on 05.11.2024 before the respondent no.4, which has not been disposed of as yet.

3. In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioners to file a fresh representation within four weeks before the respondent no.4 and respondent no.4 would be obliged to pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks thereafter in view of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.15610 of 2018 (Annexure-1 to the writ application) and if it is found that the petitioners are entitled for any admitted dues/consequential benefits, the same must be paid to them within two months thereafter.

4. It is made clear that this Court may take serious view against the concerned respondent if the order is not complied within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
