2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the IPC in which the chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the IPC.
3. Allegedly, in preceding night on 14.02.2024 by breaking lock, the unknown thieves committed theft in the tent shop of the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner is not involved in any other case of similar nature. The petitioner is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88356 of 2024(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 under custody since 17.02.2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
