2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.

3. The petitioner in the present writ application has prayed for the grant of following reliefs:- i) For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.3, Vice Chancellor, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agriculture University, Pusa to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2025 filed in the light of order/judgment dated 11.09.2025 passed in CWJC No.11716/2025 (Dr. Geeta Kumari Vs. DRPCAU, PUSA &

2/4 Others) and to recall Office Order No. 1361 dated 31.10.2023 and to restore the petitioner to function on the post of Associate Professor, Department of Soil Science, Sugarcane Research Institute (SRI), DRPCAU, PUSA.

ii) For issuance writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of writ of Certiorari for quashing of Office Order No. 1361 dated 31.10.2023 issued under the signature of Deputy Registrar (Estt.) by which, petitioner, an Associate Professor, Department of Soil Science, SRI, PUSA was transferred and posted at Regional Research Station (RRS), Madhopur with immediate effect without assigning any reason. Office Order No.1361 dated 31.10.2023 is said to have been issued with the approval of the competent authority.

iii) For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of writ of certiorari for setting aside Office order No.268 dated 03.11.2023 issued under the signature of Director, Sugarcane Research Institute, PUSA by which petitioner was relieved from the post of Associate Professor, Soil Science, SRI, PUSA in order to join RRS, Madhopur w.e.f. 03.11.2023.

iv.) For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders,

3/4 direction/directions in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to restore the petitioner to continue on the post of Associate Professor, Soil Science, SRI, PUSA. v.) For any other relief/reliefs to which petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 18.09.2025 (Annexure-12) before the Vice Chancellor of the Respondent-University. He further submits that this representation has been filed in light of order/judgment dated 11.09.2025 passed in CWJC No. 11716 of 2025 (Dr. Geeta Kumari Vs. DRPCAU, PUSA & Ors.). He further submits that this representation is still pending and has not been disposed of. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued to the Vice Chancellor of the Respondent-University to dispose of his representation on merit within a fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. To this prayer being made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the Respondent-University does not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing Vice Chancellor of the Respondent-Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa, to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2025 (Annexure-12) in light of the judgment dated 11.09.2025 passed in CWJC No. 11716 of 2025 (Dr. Geeta Kumari Vs. DRPCAU, PUSA & Ors.), after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The representation shall be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order by the petitioner. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the Vice Chancellor of the Respondent-Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, PUSA should be a reasoned and speaking order.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of. All pending Interlocutory Applications, if any, will be deemed to have been disposed of. (Alok Kumar Sinha, J) Gaurav Sinha/- U
