2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 133 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 386, 387, 279, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner along with other co-accused person is of assaulting the informant and also snatched gold chain of worth Rs. 70,000/-.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents mentioned in Para 3 of the bail application. Similarly situated co-accused namely Roving Singh has been granted anticipatory bail by a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86031 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62607 of 2023.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 133 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
