The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction to the Respondents Authorities specially the respondent no.5 and 6 restraining them for not making any obstacle for using the plot no.3118 towards south as temporary approach road from river Sone to towards west for free movement of public of village Dhandiha the same is being stopped by the local administration in the name of prohibited area for safety of the Koilwar Sone bridge inspite of the fact

Patna High Court CWJC No.20603 of 2018(2) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 the said plot is out side the prohibited area as earmarked by this Hon'ble Court the 2000 ft. towards sought of the bridge by the order dated 10.9.2004 passed in C.W.J.C.No. 10138 of 2004."

A counter affidavit has come on behalf of the Circle Officer, Koilwar and as per paragraph no.6, it has been recorded that the respondent got the measurement of the land/a report was provided according to which the land of the petitioner (Plot No.3118) is not under prohibited area of the 2000 feet, rather, it is out of earmarked area at the spot of protection of Railway Bridge.

4. This Court is convinced that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The report of the Circle Officer, Koilwar has also been recorded to show that categorical statement has been made that the petitioner's land do not fall within the prohibited area.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of.
