2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought, inter alia, following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- "i. For issuance of order, direction or writ of certiorari to quash the order dated 11.09.2025 passed in B.L.T. Case No. 545 of 2024 by the Bihar Land Tribunal by which the case preferred by the petitioner has been dismissed by affirming the order dated 23.01.2024 passed in BLDR Appeal No. 64 of 2018 passed by learned Commissioner, Tirhut, Muzaffarpur whereby appeal

Patna High Court CWJC No.2236 of 2026(2) dt.10-02-2026 2/2 preferred by the petitioner has been dismissed and order dated 06.03.2018 in BLDR Case No. 05 of 2017-18 passed by learned DCLR, Sitamarhi was affirmed."

ii. For issuance of order, direction or writ of certiorari to quash the order dated 23.01.2024 passed in BLDR Appeal No. 64 of 2018 passed by learned Commissioner, Tirhut, Muzaffarpur.

iii. For issuance of order, direction or writ of certiorari to quash the order dated 06.03.2018 passed in BLDR Case No. 05 of 2017-18 passed by learned DCLR, Sitamarhi.

iv. For any other order / orders or direction which your Lordship may deem fit and proper in the interest of equity, justice and good conscience."

3. I don't find any illegality or infirmity in the order dated 11.09.2025 passed by the learned Chairman in BLT Case No. 545 of 2024. In that view, the present writ petition don't require any interference of this Court.
