2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 383 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 498 (A), 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of killing the deceased for demand of dowry.

4. Though the allegation is of demand of dowry, torture and killing the deceased for the same but from the records of the case, it appears that deceased has committed suicide.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 27.09.2024.

6. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the application of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 383 of 2024.
