JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2022 The short prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Circle Officer, Danapur to dispose of the pending encroachment case bearing Encroachment Case No. 3335 of 2019.

The Ld. Counsel for the State submits that the aforesaid encroachment case shall definitely be disposed of within a stipulated time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the aforesaid encroachment case bearing Encroachment Case No. 3335 of 2019 be disposed of by the Circle Officer, Danapur by passing final order u/s 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act,

Patna High Court CWJC No.1783 of 2020(2) dt.14-07-2022 2/2 1956 within a period of 12 weeks of the receipt/ production of a copy of this order, after hearing the effected parties and in accordance with the provisions contained in the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
