Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner was not the Mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat at the time of appointment process of Panchayat Teacher. The Merit List was prepared by the Panchayat Secretary. He was the custodian of the records with regard to the appointment of the Panchayat Teacher. Further submission is that the Block

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78741 of 2019(2) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 Education Officer was authorized for verification of the relevant documents of the applicants. Petitioner has no concern with the appointment of the candidates.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S.
