JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 60 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914 against the order dated 28.8.2018 passed by the District Certificate Officer, Buxar. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal, as aforesaid.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner files an appeal within a period of four weeks from today, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner till disposal of the appeal regarding recovery of the outstanding dues.
