2. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the

Patna High Court MJC No.4353 of 2024(4) dt.24-02-2025 2/2 opposite party no. 8 in which it is stated that after considering the judgment of this Court and order issued by the Deputy Secretary, Education Department, Bihar, Patna vide Memo No. 380 dated 17.04.2023, the grievance of the petitioners has been considered and they have been granted graduate pay scale w.e.f. 17.10.2016.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the opinion that there is no scope to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.

4. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the order passed by the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur before the appropriate forum.
